PARTNERS
During the 1990s GreenWood activities were conducted under the auspices of WARP (Woodworkers Alliance for Rainforest Protection) and in collaboration with a variety of organizations, clients and donors, including Good Wood Alliance, the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA), Summit Foundation, National Fish & Wildlife Foundation (NFWF), World Wildlife Fund (WWF), Certified Forest Products Council (a.k.a. Metafore) and Aid to Artisans (ATA).
GreenWood incorporated as a U.S.-based nonprofit in August 2001 and it operates today as an independent educational organization described in section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
